Tony Lewis was the founder and former CEO of Aumni, Inc., a legal technology company that raised over $100 million in outside capital commitments before selling to J.P. Morgan in 2023. The company digitized and automated the analysis of legal documents for the private capital markets. Aumni's AI-driven platform now helps J.P. Morgan manage legal and financial data for its global client base.

Prior to founding Aumni, Tony completed over $40 billion in tech M&A and financing transactions at prestigious law firms including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Latham & Watkins. He is a cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Law and the University of California, Berkeley.
